How responsive is the Texas Legislature to the Latino community? The Latino Impact Report Series targets economic mobility opportunities -the ability of families to convert human capital investments (HCI’s) including education, work, home ownership, health, and civic participation—into sustained income growth, and asset accumulation.

Asset and wealth creation includes financial resources, civic power and institutional access that enable families to protect, grow, and transfer economic gains across generations.
