Roe V. Wade, Texas, and Latina Health and Economic Opportunities

The decision to overturn Roe V. Wade is harming millions of people. Impeding access to abortion disrupts economic futures and risks health and lives. Women of color are particularly harmed as they are uninsured at greater rates and disproportionately have poor health. In addition, a greater percentage are low-income and have greater economic barriers to accessing an abortion.
